Lochan Fearna

As with Gorm loch Mor, walk up from the track in Nedd at NC137319, heading west at its end. Stop at Locahan Dubh for a few casts before moving onto Lochan Fearna, which reputedly has some good sized trout, although hard to catch.

If it's a full day out, from there, head on to Loch Poll a'Mhuic over the ridge to the west, or from Fearna's southern tip head south west to Loch a'Bhraighe and Loch Torr na h-Eigin.

Your feedback is important so please tell us:

  • Where you fished, when, what conditions were like.

Hi there

I’m looking to stay in Nedd in September and would like to know where I can purchase a day ticket in advance, possibly on-line.

Many thanks.

Kind Regards

Hi Allan

All the details for permits are on this site:

You can't buy online, unfortunately.

Hope that helps
