Hill Lochs just south of Ben More Assynt

Hi - I'm interested in fishing the Duhb Loch More and Beag just to the south of Ben More Assynt. Are these covered by the Eastern area permit? I can see they are within the boundary shown on the map but couldn't find them listed on the website so just wanted to check. Many thanks.............Pete
